Bios
Guion Fifield Stewart-Moore Senior Managing Partner
Guion Fifield Stewart-Moore has spent more than 30 years working within the hospitality industry. Since 1996, she has been providing management consulting and executive search to leading hotel and restaurant companies in the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean.
Prior to founding Fifield Partners, Guion spent 12 years with the executive search firm T.A. Davis & Associates where she rose through the ranks to become Vice President. During this time, Guion grew individual revenue billings and assigned searches during her tenure, resulting in the largest percentage of the company’s revenues. Her long-term client relationships resulted in the highest percentage of repeat business in the company.
Earlier in her career, Guion worked at a number of well-known hotel companies such as Wyndham Hotels & Resorts and The Sheraton Hotel Corporation (Starwood Hotels & Resorts) in senior management positions. She also worked in the food & beverage division of The Aspen Skiing Company. Guion has a BS from The University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
Living in the Rocky Mountains, Guion and her family are avid outdoor enthusiasts. She loves life in the Rockies year round.

Richard Wallace Director of Marketing and Account Development
Richard Wallace joined Fifield Partners in 2009 to spearhead sales, marketing, and development for client services. He has established sales and marketing strategies identifying target markets and creation of leads and account development.
Richard has a prior background in sales, marketing and account management in the financial services industry. He previously worked for First Chicago Bank, Denali Asset Management, and Quiddity in senior sales & marketing roles.
Richard has B.A. in Economics from Franklin and Marshall College. In his spare time, he is snow skiing in the winter and golfing in the summer. He is also known for his passion in landscape design.
